2026 Gameday Associates Program

Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate on the Riverhounds/Riveters Game Night Staff, assisting with the fulfillment of Fan Experiences and other Community Relations Activities
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and overall logistics to ensure a seamless gameday experience at Highmark Stadium
• Aid guests with directions, seating, and inquiries while maintaining a positive stadium atmosphere
• Support sales operations by assisting at merchandise stands as needed
• Be a good teammate, contributing positively to a winning culture and being respectful
• Communicate and express yourself effectively, both written and verbally
• Organize kids and groups during events, including pre, half, & post-game Riverhounds/Riveters experiences
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Available for 75% of Riverhounds/Riveters home games during the 2026 season
• Passion for Soccer is preferred
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Develop self and others through strong leadership skills
• Passion for working with others in a team setting
