2026 Future Talent Program – Vaccine Manufacturing Automation Co-op
About the role
The Future Talent Program offers co-operative assignments lasting up to 6 months, focusing on projects in the Manufacturing & Supply Division. These opportunities allow for significant development and the possibility of aligning with long-term career goals.
Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of automation projects supporting vaccine manufacturing at the Company's West Point, PA site.
- Work with computer simulation to test proposed changes before implementing them in the manufacturing environment.
- Author new and update existing GMP documentation.
- Involvement with daily plant operations, including upgrades and maintenance support for manufacturing equipment and interactions with various production support groups such as technology, quality, planning, and validation.
- Gain valuable understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety, environmental requirements, and practical experience in equipment operation.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business and Engineering, or a major within the College of Computing and Informatics.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Benefits
This is a full-time Co-Op position. The position may be closed before the posted end date or remain open longer, at the discretion of the company.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00 - $105,500.00 USD.

This is a full-time Co-Op position.
Skills
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
