2026 Fine Dining Server - seasonal

Responsibilities

• Taking and delivering orders in a gracious and efficient manner
• Commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods
• Commanding knowledge of spirits, wines, and specialty beverages
• Cleaning of all equipment and supplies
• Guiding guests through their full experience at the restaurant
• Fulfilling any special requests or concerns from guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar restaurant environment, luxury experience preferred
• Paid no less than $20.80 per hour
• Overtime hours may be available at a rate of up to $31.20 per hour

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• The ability to serve guests in a warm and gracious manner while anticipating their needs
