2026 Farm Crew: Land's Sake Farm

Responsibilities

• Field work (harvesting, trellising, planting, and weeding)
• General farm maintenance and upkeep, including fencing setup and irrigation
• Greenhouse tasks (seeding, watering, and potting up)
• High tunnel growing

Qualifications

• A sincere interest in sustainable vegetable production and a positive attitude are a must.
• Being flexible, open-minded, and engaged are equally as important.
• The physical nature of our work necessitates that all employees are able to lift 50lbs repeatedly and work for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks.
• Applicants should have a reliable form of transportation and ability to arrive at work on time.
• Preference will be given to applicants who can work the full term of the position.

Compensation

• Starting at $18.00/hr
• Free produce from farm, and discounts on Farmstand goods
• $200/year gear stipend for workwear and outdoor gear
