About the role

This Co-op position serves as a development opportunity at our Jacksonville, Florida location, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and complete 1-2 large projects within the rotation period.
• Gain knowledge of the Company's operations and provide support as needed.
• Participate in departmental team meetings.
• Create and deliver an end-of-semester presentation/report to senior management and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Keen focus on personal and physical safety.
• Committed to completing the rotational program.
• Able to work off hours if needed/necessary.
• Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
• Willingness to work with others and maintain a positive attitude in a manufacturing or office setting.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of academic discipline.
• Ability to learn, apply knowledge, and skills to the performance of the assigned division.
• Able to research and integrate new ideas into the business.
• Effective business communication skills (oral, written, instructional, and presentation).
• Ability to work on cross-functional and/or geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated personal initiative to complete work without missing deadlines and communicate/follow up on project status.
• Able to organize and prioritize project and work tasks.

Project Management skills or classwork preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate (sophomore, junior, senior) student pursuing a bachelor's degree in an academic discipline or related field of study.
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA.
