  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Utilize Yoast SEO to audit web content, implementing strategic enhancements to improve organic search rankings and site visibility.
  • Content Production & Editing: Serve as a creator and editor for marketing collateral—including blog posts, display ads, white papers, infographics, fact sheets, and reports.
  • Industry & Competitor Updates: Keep a pulse on the clean energy industry in the news, and compile headlines & summaries once weekly to update the team.
  • Webinar and Event Support: Assist with preparing webinars and sales conferences as needed, including managing the transcription and publication of webinar content.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage updates to the internal marketing calendar and support communications to the broader commercial team regarding upcoming webinars, newsletters, and campaign milestones.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (like WordPress) and a strong desire to learn marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Experience using Canva for content creation.
  • Strong copy-editing and proofreading abilities with a sharp eye for detail, grammar, and brand voice consistency across various formats (white papers, blogs, and presentations).
  • Ability to gather and organize data—specifically for market research and trade show logistics—to help inform budget and strategy decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides and Google Docs, with the ability to format professional documents that align with brand guidelines.
  • A proactive learner who is comfortable navigating new software (like Yoast SEO) and taking ownership of recurring tasks like the marketing calendar and webinar transcriptions.
