2026 Custodial Request for Proposals

The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures is requesting proposals for professional, high-quality, environmentally friendly janitorial services to maintain the building’s public and non-public spaces to museum standards. The contract will span two years with the possibility of renewal. Initial pricing must remain fixed for the entire first two-year term. During the contract period, the Museum may solicit bids for specialized additional cleaning services but is not obligated to use the primary custodial company.
