About the role

The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the school leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including scheduling, filing, and procurement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for supplies and services.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support the development and maintenance of school policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a school or educational environment preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Administrative software proficiency (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
