2026-27 Operations Associate (Alliance Joni & Jeff Marine High School)
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to map content to these headings. The instructions: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? Probably we should use those headings where appropriate. But we need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections we have content for.
We have:
- About the role: could be the intro about Alliance and role summary. That fits "About the role". We'll put that content.
- Responsibilities: we have "Essential Responsibilities" list. So we can put that under Responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe "Minimum Qualifications" fits Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe "IDEAL CANDIDATES" fits Qualifications? Or we could treat IDEAL CANDIDATES as Qualifications/Skills. The instruction list includes Qualifications and Skills separate. We could put IDEAL CANDIDATES under Qualifications (or Skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine IDEAL CANDIDATES and Minimum Qualifications into a single "Requirements" section? But we need to follow headings list; we can choose to include only those with substantive content.
We have Benefits: we have benefits description.
Pay: we have compensation range $23.50 - $29.00.
Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So we should NOT include Schedule section.
Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; IDEAL CANDIDATES includes relationship-building, etc. Could be considered Skills. But we might combine.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, except boilerplate removed.
Thus we need to include:
- About Alliance College-ready Public Schools description (first paragraph). Also maybe "To learn more, visit www.LAalliance.org." That's a link; we should keep as prose? It's not boilerplate? It's a link; we can keep as
with maybe . But we should not include navigation etc. It's okay. - "For current vacancies by location, please click here." That's likely navigation/link; maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link to vacancies; could be considered navigation. Might be removed as it's not substantive about the job. Safer to remove. - Role Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: The list under "Essential Responsibilities" (the bullet list). We'll output as
- each.
- IDEAL CANDIDATES: list of beliefs etc. We'll output as
- .
- Minimum Qualifications: bullet list.
- Benefits: paragraph about competitive salaries, retirement, health benefits, professional development, recognition, plus link to more info. We'll keep as prose; maybe include the link as .
- Pay: compensation range.
We must not include "APPLICATION PROCESS", "DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION", "Professional Development", "Recognition" as separate headings; but we can include their content under Benefits.
We must not include "Job ID / requisition numbers". Not present.
We must not include "EEO/equal-opportunity" boilerplate: there is a paragraph about non-discrimination, LiveScan background check, TB clearance, research about men/women applying, encouragement to apply, contact email. That's EEO/boilerplate; we should remove.
Also remove "This job description is subject to change..." etc.
Also remove "Alliance College-Ready Public Schools are tuition-free public charter schools that do not discriminate..." etc.
Also remove "Research shows that while men apply..." etc.
Also remove "If you have questions contact the Talent Acquisition Team at joinus@laalliance.org."
Also remove "Alliance College-Ready Public Schools requires that all team members complete a LiveScan background check and TB clearance."
Also remove "Champion Alliance’s Anti-Racist, Pro-Black Mission:" maybe part of IDEAL CANDIDATES? Actually that is under Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion section; we should remove that as boilerplate.
We need to keep the IDEAL CANDIDATES content (Belief, Social Justice, Culture, Mindset, Relationship-Building). That's substantive.
We need to keep Minimum Qualifications.
We need to keep Benefits description.
We need to keep Compensation.
We need to keep About Alliance description and Role Summary.
We need to keep Responsibilities list.

Pay
$23.50 - $29.00
We must not include Schedule section. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed application process, diversity, EEO, etc. We kept the link to benefits as "HERE" but that's placeholder; maybe we should keep the actual text "Please click HERE for more information about our health benefits, retirement options, as well as our paid holidays and leave." We can keep as is, but the link is not a real URL; we can keep as plain text or as here. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; the link is part of the posting. We can keep as here or keep the text "HERE". Probably better to keep as here but we don't know actual URL. Could keep as plain text "HERE". I'll keep as here to indicate a link. Check for any repeated content: we have "Professional development:" and "Recognition:" inside Benefits paragraph; that's fine. Check for any mention of "Non-Exempt": we kept. Check for any mention of "competitive salaries commensurate with experience": we kept. Check for any mention of "generous retirement and health benefits": kept. Check for any mention of "paid holidays and leave": we kept via link. Check for any mention of "To learn more, visit www.LAalliance.org.": we kept as link. Check for any mention of "For current vacancies by location, please click here.": we removed. Check for any mention of "Only candidates who advance will be contacted.": removed (application process). Check for any mention of "If you would like to view the progress of your application, you can log in to your Candidate Home Account...": removed. Check for any mention of "Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor or support applicants on visas at this time or in the foreseeable future.": removed. Check for any mention of "DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION" paragraph: removed. Check for any mention of "Champion Alliance’s Anti-Racist,
