About the role

The NW VISTA project strengthens financial security, housing stability, and health outcomes for low- and moderate-income Delaware residents. The NeighborGood Partners Consumer Services Outreach Specialist VISTA will build organizational capacity to expand access to financial capability programs, sustainable homeownership, and housing stability opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build organizational capacity to expand access to financial capability programs, sustainable homeownership, and housing stability opportunities.
• Enhance outreach systems, partnerships, volunteer engagement, marketing, and sustainability efforts to increase long-term impact and service reach.
• Focus on developing systems and resources that improve organizational effectiveness rather than providing direct client services or case management.
