About the role

The teacher at Lahontan Elementary School is responsible for providing instruction to kindergarten students, including lesson preparation, assessment, and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Qualify for a Nevada teaching license issued by the Nevada Department of Education

Pay

$46,049 minimum - $92,806 maximum depending on experience and education, scheduled 183 days per year. Additional pay of $2,000 will be provided for the 2026-27 school year due to SB500 funding.
