About the role
The Department of Sociology at Sacramento State is seeking qualified candidates for its lecturer pool to teach lower- and upper-division courses. Requirements
- Master’s degree, or minimum of Bachelor’s degree with successful advancement to candidacy in a Doctoral program in a related field
- Teaching experience in both in-person and online courses in higher education
- Ability to teach classes with 40 students
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and embrace cultural diversity and inclusive practices in teaching

- Doctoral degree in a related discipline preferred

Benefits

Pay
- Lecturer A: $5,507 - $6,677
- Lecturer B: $6,221 - $13,224
- Lecturer C: $6,825 - $14,523
- Lecturer D: $8,593 - $15,211
