2026-2027 Volunteer Application - Kelsey Peak Elementary

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers who have "significant unsupervised access" to children, as determined by the school principal, must complete the following steps before they volunteer:

• Complete the Volunteer Application. A new application must be completed annually.
• Once the principal has reviewed your application, the school will determine if a fingerprint/background check is required (at no cost). If so, schedule an appointment.
• Bring a state-issued ID to the Human Resource Department for the scheduled appointment.
• Complete the required "Code of Conduct" training and sign an acknowledgement form before visiting HR to complete the background check. This is required by the Utah Legislature (2019).
