Requirements

• Resume
• Letter of Interest
• Copy of official transcripts verifying an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or a minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited college; official transcripts required within 2 weeks of hire date; OR
• Copy of qualifying Praxis Paraprofessional test scores of 456 or higher
• Negative TB test results under 1 year old

Applicants are strongly encouraged to upload TB test results. If not yet completed, a placeholder document acknowledging pending results must be uploaded; a delay in submitting TB results will postpone onboarding.

Praxis Paraprofessional exams are offered through Berkeley County School District and Dorchester District 2 at a $75 registration fee.
