2026.2027 Substitute Paraprofessional
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting in the supervision and instruction of students
- Working with individual and/or small groups of students in a classroom
- Monitoring students in various settings such as classroom, playground, cafeteria, library, etc.
- Providing support to the teacher
What We Offer
Salary: $19.25 per hour
Job Details: Substitute position, called in to work as needed.
About the Role
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Job-related experience is desired
Minimum qualifications: Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must meet the minimum requirement for a paraprofessional (Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university, have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university or have passed the state paraeducator assessment).
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
