2026-2027 School Year Teacher Assistant - Special Education

Responsibilities

• Assist students in the proper loading and unloading on school bus.
• Assist students with carrying materials.
• Supervise and assist students throughout the school day.
• Know the school evacuation procedures and be physically capable to evacuate students in an emergency.
• Assist students to the bathroom.
• Lifting will be required (up to 50 pounds).

Works under the direct supervision of a secondary special education teacher.

Schedule

This is a full-time position.
