2026 - 2027 School Year - RTI Mathematics Teacher

About the role

Coopertown Middle School is seeking a certified RTI Mathematics Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The position requires certification in High School 7-12 and endorsement in Mathematics 6-12.

Responsibilities

• Teach mathematics to students in grades 7-12
• Implement Response to Intervention (RTI) strategies to support student learning
• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into the classroom
• Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Mentor and collaborate with other teachers and staff members
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Valid teaching license in High School 7-12
• At least two years of successful teaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with RTI and differentiated instruction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
