Job Summary
The position is located at Will Rogers MS and is a permanent, full-time role. Candidates must be internal employees to be placed on Column 5; for external candidates, Column 4 is the maximum incoming placement.
Compensation
The salary range for fully credentialed staff is $60,000 - $126,000 annually. Various opportunities for additional pay include:
- $5,000 - $14,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
- $2,000 annual stipends for the hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
- $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
- $1,000 - $4,500 annual stipends for various extra-curricular activities
- $1,500 - $6,000 annual stipends for various "leadership" roles
