About the role

The Lead Gifted Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing an enriched curriculum that meets the unique needs of gifted students in Robertson County Schools. This position will also involve mentoring and collaborating with other educators to enhance teaching practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enriched curriculum for gifted students.
• Mentor and collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching practices.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in gifted education.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in Special Education.
• Experience working with gifted students.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and enrichment strategies.

• Experience with data-driven decision making.
