Position: Program Lead Teacher for Graduation Coach

About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of educators in implementing a comprehensive program designed to support students in achieving their graduation goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with district standards
• Provide direct instruction and mentorship to students
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and community partners to enhance student learning experiences
• Evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a positive classroom environment

Requirements

• Early Childhood Education or Elementary certification

Qualifications

Experience working with at-risk students and a passion for education are preferred qualifications.
