Responsibilities
- Analyze data to design impactful student interventions
- Collaborate on effective instructional curriculum and schedule
- Conduct regular lesson observations and provide targeted feedback
- Create and manage professional development sessions aligned with goals
- Plan units and assessments with grade/subject teams
- Direct interim assessment processes and facilitate debriefs with teachers
- Participate in leadership team meetings and support character development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
- State certification as a school leader required within two months
- At least 3 years of K-12 lead teaching experience with proven student success
- Minimum 1 year of experience coaching and leading adults for high impact
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to improve others' efficiency
- Demonstrated commitment to racial equity and a growth mindset
Pay
$94,725 – $123,595 annually
