Responsible for leading a team of educators at Gibson, Robert O. Leadership Academy to enhance student learning outcomes through innovative teaching methods and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with district standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver professional development opportunities for staff.
• Evaluate teaching effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional strategies.
• Ensure all students are provided with a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in the state of Nevada.
• At least three years of teaching experience at the middle school level.
• Experience in leadership roles within educational settings.
