About the role
The K-12 Life Skills (LIF) Teacher position at LAS VEGAS-MONACO, M. J. MS is responsible for developing and implementing life skills curricula tailored to students with special needs in the Monaco, M. J. MS area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement life skills curricula for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to provide a comprehensive education plan for each student.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- A valid teaching license/credential.
- Experience working with students with special needs.
- Knowledge of life skills curriculum development and implementation.
