About the role

The Cosmetology Enrichment Specialist will provide enrichment services to middle school students in cosmetology, including hair styling, makeup application, and basic skincare techniques. The position is part-time and seasonal, with full-season (yearlong) positions available.

Responsibilities

• Teach cosmetology skills to middle school students
• Facilitate hands-on activities related to hair care and styling
• Provide guidance on proper hygiene and grooming practices
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe learning environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of cosmetology and related fields
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
