The Role

The ideal candidate will be passionate about coaching high school volleyball, knowledgeable about volleyball training, and well-versed in developing high school volleyball players.

Responsibilities

• Coaching upper school varsity volleyball team
• Building strong relationships with student athletes, coaches, and parents
• Working within the philosophy and mission of Isidore Newman
• Maintaining high standards for the coaching staff and student athletes

Requirements

• Philosophically aligned with the mission of the school
• Experience coaching high school volleyball
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• High school volleyball coaching experience
• Knowledgeable about volleyball training techniques

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire student athletes
• Strong organizational skills
