Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey instructional certificate with appropriate endorsements
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum differentiation, enrichment strategies, or gifted education
• Knowledge of best practices in gifted education, including identification methods, social-emotional needs and advance instructional strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers, administrators and families
• Effective communication, problem-solving and organization skills
