About the role

Lotte Wellfood is hiring for entry-level positions through a recruitment-linked internship program for September 2026. The internship runs for 4 weeks from October 2026 to November 2026, with full-time employment starting in December 2026.

Qualifications

  • Passion and competency for Lotte Wellfood and the applied position
  • Available for internship from October 2026 to November 2026
  • Bachelor's degree or higher already obtained or expected by February 2027
  • No restrictions on overseas travel or overseas work
  • For males, must have completed military service or be exempt

Sales

  • Establish sales strategy and execution plans
  • Operate sales processes and support sales activities
  • Manage contracts and client relationships
  • Analyze sales and revenue data and manage sales performance
  • Preferred: major in business administration, distribution/logistics; fluent in English; proficient in MS Office

Marketing

  • Establish and operate brand and product marketing strategies
  • Analyze market, consumer, and competitors to derive insights
  • Plan new products and manage launch processes
  • Plan promotional activities and analyze performance
  • Preferred: major in marketing or business administration; fluent in English; proficient in MS Office

Production Management

  • Establish production plans and manage production performance and productivity
  • Operate production processes and manage key indicators
  • Manage manufacturing costs and identify cost reduction initiatives
  • Manage raw material, sub-material, and product inventory and support factory operations
  • Preferred: major in food science, chemistry, or industrial engineering; relevant certifications such as Food Engineer; proficient in MS Office

Engineering

  • Establish production facility investment plans and review new facility introduction
  • Manage automation/efficiency investments and facility/process improvements
  • Perform facility maintenance and preservation to improve production facility efficiency
  • Manage utility facilities and factory environment
  • Preferred: major in mechanical engineering or electrical/electronic engineering; relevant certifications in machinery, facilities, or electricity; proficient in MS Office

International Sales

  • Research overseas markets and competitors
  • Identify new clients and develop overseas markets
  • Manage export operations (orders, shipping, receivable management, etc.)
  • Manage client relationships and sales/profit performance in assigned regions
  • Required: business-level Chinese conversation (must submit language certificate)
  • Preferred: major in business administration or economics; fluent in English; proficient in MS Office

Business Management

  • Establish mid- to long-term business plans and manage business performance
  • Establish, operate, and manage company-wide budgets
  • Analyze business performance and profit structure to identify improvement initiatives
  • Improve business management processes and advance management systems
  • Preferred: major in business administration or economics; fluent in English; proficient in MS Office

Procurement

  • Establish raw material/sub-material procurement plans and manage ordering and inventory
  • Manage supplier relationships and identify new vendors
  • Analyze raw material/sub-material market trends and manage costs and unit prices
  • Improve procurement processes and collaborate with related departments
  • Required: business-level English conversation (must submit language certificate)
  • Preferred: major in food science or business administration; relevant certifications in procurement or trade; proficient in MS Office

Human Resources

  • Establish recruitment plans and manage hiring processes
  • Plan and operate HR systems (evaluation, compensation, etc.)
  • Manage personnel assignments and organizational/staff records
  • Manage and analyze HR data
  • Preferred: major in business administration; Certified Labor Attorney certification; fluent in English; proficient in MS Office

Finance / Accounting

  • Manage cash flow, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Prepare financial materials
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly closing and accounting documents
  • Review accounting data (sales, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.)
  • Preferred: major in business administration or economics; relevant certifications in finance or accounting; fluent in English; proficient in MS Office

Selection process

  • Internship (4 weeks): Scheduled for October 19, 2026 (Mon) – November 13, 2026 (Fri). On-site evaluation, mid-term project evaluation, and conversion interview conducted during internship; final selection based on comprehensive evaluation results. Separate pre-placement health checkup may be required depending on internship location and role.
