2025-2026 MBA Investment Analyst, Private Equity & Alternatives, Family Office
About the Role
Our client is a global single-family office with $15B+ AUM, deploying across a portfolio of private equity, growth equity, structured equity, and other alternative investments. The Investment Analyst will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity and alternative investments, providing origination, due diligence, and analytical support alongside market and sector research, transaction execution, and portfolio management.
Reporting to the Investment Director, the Investment Analyst will gain broad exposure to the full investment lifecycle while receiving mentorship to develop the skills needed to operate effectively in a fast-paced, lean, and entrepreneurial environment. This is a career-track role.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and execute private equity and alternative investments.
- Provide origination, due diligence, and analytical support.
- Conduct market and sector research.
- Support transaction execution and portfolio management.
Requirements
- No more than 4-6 years of experience prior to the MBA in a major investment banking, private equity, and/or private credit role.
- Adept at building LBO and other complex financial models.
- Strong understanding of valuation and capital structures.
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
Pay
$180K+ bonus.
