Role Details

Elementary PLC Leads – One per grade level, per building.

Secondary PLC Leads – Two per grade level 6-12 (Academy Leads). PLC leads facilitate grade-level meetings, data reporting, and the PLC process.

Secondary Department Leads – One per subject 6-12 (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Specials). Department leads oversee department-based operations and vertical curriculum.
