(2016) Supervisor, Mobile Crisis Outreach Team
Key Responsibilities
Leads the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of MCOT Crisis Clinicians
Provides daily supervision, coaching, and clinical consultation, including triage of assessments and prioritization of staff assignments
Oversees staff scheduling and workload distribution to ensure effective 24/7 coverage
Conducts or supports face-to-face crisis and clinical assessments as needed
Maintains monitoring of documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with program standards
Promotes person-centered, trauma-informed practices, emphasizing critical thinking, safety planning, and solution-focused interventions
Communicates effectively with individuals, families, and stakeholders from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
Collaborates with community partners, including first responders, hospitals, schools, and other agencies
Demonstrates proficiency with integrated electronic systems for documentation, reporting, and service coordination
Effectively organizes, prioritizes, and manages multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Works both independently and collaboratively, maintaining flexibility in scheduling and daily operations
Participates in the rotating supervisory on-call schedule, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays (stipend provided)
Cross-trains and provides consultative support to other crisis programs, including Diversion Center, Adult Crisis Respite, and Youth Therapeutic Respite
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services*
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment
- Minimum of two years of case management experience
- Minimum of three years crisis experience
- Possesses a valid Texas Driver's License and maintains approved drivers’ status throughout employment
- *If degree is not in Human Services, a minimum of 24 credits in a human services field
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have skills and experience using integrated computer database programs to access files and document treatment services and the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
- Masters (Preferred)
- Clinical Licensure (Preferred)
- 2+ Years Supervisory Experience (Preferred)

Salary
$66,081.60 - $73,881.60/year
Shift Differential
- Shift Differential Detail: $2.00/hour – Evening
- $4.00/hour – Night
- $4.00/hour – Weekend
- $6.00/hour – Weekend Night
- $30/day – Supervisory On Call rotation
