About the role

The Inside Sales Associate will develop new prospects and engage with existing customers to drive sales of Vitu’s products and services. This fully remote role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-motivation. Candidates must reside in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Sell effectively in a competitive market and differentiate Vitu’s offerings
• Research accounts, identify key decision makers, and generate interest
• Route qualified opportunities to outside sales executives for further development and closure
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory or market

Requirements

• 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience
• Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
• Creative problem-solving and ability to suggest actionable solutions
• Quick learner of new technologies
• Team player with self-motivation and career orientation
• Aware of business-related trends in the industry
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with adaptability to changing needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Hourly rate: $22–$25, plus variable commission. Final pay depends on location, education, experience, training, and skills.
