About the role

Operate machinery in the rolling process for alloy sheet production. The role involves two main tasks: equipment operation and setup.

Responsibilities

• Transport iron coils using electric carts and hand lifts.
• Operate cranes to load coils into machinery.
• After approximately one year of training, operate rolling mills (loan mills) by mastering the control panel buttons.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Must obtain rigging (玉掛け) and crane operation certifications. Training and support for certification will be provided if not already held.
• Ability to handle products ranging from 1m to 2m in size and weighing up to 30kg (typically around 10kg).

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled facility with consistent air conditioning.

• Active workforce primarily aged 20 to early 40s.
