About the role
Operate machinery in the rolling process for alloy sheet production. The role involves two main tasks: equipment operation and setup.
Responsibilities
- Transport iron coils using electric carts and hand lifts.
- Operate cranes to load coils into machinery.
- After approximately one year of training, operate rolling mills (loan mills) by mastering the control panel buttons.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
- Must obtain rigging (玉掛け) and crane operation certifications. Training and support for certification will be provided if not already held.
- Ability to handle products ranging from 1m to 2m in size and weighing up to 30kg (typically around 10kg).
Work Environment
- Climate-controlled facility with consistent air conditioning.
- Free beverages provided by the company.
- One-on-one training until proficiency is achieved.
- Active workforce primarily aged 20 to early 40s.
