About the role

Manufacturing of small automotive interior and exterior plastic components (e.g., armrests). You will perform molding, assembly, and painting of palm-sized plastic parts.

Responsibilities

• Set materials into the machine and start the cycle by pressing the button.
• Remove finished parts, inspect them, and perform simple secondary forming.

Training typically takes about one month; no rush—you’ll learn at your own pace.

Requirements

• No prior factory experience required.
• No formal education, certifications, or résumé needed; remote interviews available.
• Open to first-time job seekers, part-time workers, and friends applying together.
• Experienced manufacturing workers are also welcome.
