About the role

We are a manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment. You will be responsible for the assembly, fitting, temperature measurement inspection, and shipping assistance of semiconductor equipment machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit semiconductor equipment machinery by referring to blueprints (manual assembly work).
• Perform measurement inspections using measuring instruments.
• Assist in the installation of completed equipment at customer sites, accompanying staff members.
• Domestic business trips may be required (e.g., Kansai region, Nagoya) starting as early as September 2026. Trip duration varies by equipment size, typically ranging from 2 days to a maximum of 1 week.

Work is typically performed in teams of 3–4 people, depending on the size of the equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints and perform assembly work.
• Possession of a standard driver’s license (MT or AT).

Notes

• On-the-job proficiency is typically achieved within about 2 weeks.
• Work environment is air-conditioned and comfortable year-round.
• Many staff members in their 20s to late 30s are actively working in this role.
