Join us for our intensive, research-backed school holiday program for Year 10 and 11 students Where: CERES (Brunswick East) When: Wed 30 Sept to Fri 2 Oct (9am - 4pm). What Day One — Self Get honest about who you are and who's been writing your script. You'll map your strengths, values, drivers and blind spots — and start telling the difference between what you actually think and what you've just absorbed from everyone around you. That's where real self-leadership starts. The science behind it: VIA Character Strengths Constructive-Developmental Theory Johari Window Day Two — Others Learn to read the room and move with people, not against them. You'll get practical at understanding what makes others tick, handling the tricky conversations, and getting people on board — the difference between having a good idea and actually making it happen with others. The science behind it: Emotional Intelligence Seven Principles of Persuasion Social Network Analysis Day Three — World Take on something real. You'll look hard at a change you want to make, work out what's actually holding it (and you) back, and build a plan to move it — stepping up from leading yourself to leading in your community. By this point we've locked in venues, ordered materials, and confirmed our facilitator team, so the costs are already committed To cancel, just email us at hello@capableeducation.com.au and let us know. We'll confirm your cancellation and get any refund moving. If we cancel the program In the rare case that we need to cancel a program ourselves — whether that's low enrolment, illness in our team, or something outside our control — we'll refund you in full. Transferring your spot Can't make it but know another teen who'd love to come? Get in touch — we're usually happy to transfer your spot to another child, as long as we know before the program starts and they meet the age group.
