Responsibilities

• Entry-level, Union Position - pay is $20.91 per hour (plus $.75/hour when working night shift).
• Pay will increase to $25.40 per hour after just 1 year of employment!
• Opportunity to serve communities by making many of the products people use every single day.
• Do You Have Prior manufacturing experience? *It’s ok if you don’t because WE WILL TRAIN you!*
• Rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a – switching every 4 weeks)
• Commitment to join the United Steelworkers (USW) Union upon being hired?
• The ability to work on your feet, lifting/pushing/pulling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience is not required as we will train you.
• A stable work history, strong work ethic & desire to learn/grow.
• A “Can Do” attitude with a proven track record of reliability.
