We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: Overview? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Overview Shift: 1st Weekend (Friday - Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm) Pay: 23.84/hr CLIMATE CONTROLLED** - Then description: "You know our products, you have probably purchased many!! Join the company leading the way in consumer packaged goods…T. Marzetti Company!! When you join the T. Marzetti Company, you’re joining a trustworthy and proud organization that recognizes people are our greatest asset. In our plants, you’ll have an opportunity to work for an industry leader in consumer packaged goods. With our company, you get work life balance, inviting and fun culture, attractive and competitive compensation and benefits package, career opportunities, and more. NOW is the time to join The Better Food Company!! T. Marzetti Company, is looking for someone to assist in operation of packaging equipment, inspects product, fills feed trays, assembles boxes, packs product into cases, stacks filled cases on pallets for shipping, and performs other duties as needed to ensure continuous operation of a product filling/packaging line at its Horse Cave Plant. This position may be rotated on all lines within department." Then sections: Safety Responsibilities → What You'll Do (list of safety duties). Quality (list). Teamwork (list). Functions (list). Qualifications → What You'll Bring (list). Working Conditions/Environment (list). About Us (paragraph). Also there is mention of Pay and Shift. We need to decide sections: Possibly "Overview" not required but we can include as a paragraph. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose headings that match content: "Responsibilities" could cover Safety Responsibilities, Quality, Teamwork, Functions? Might be too many. But we can create separate sections for each major heading present: Safety Responsibilities, Quality, Teamwork, Functions, Qualifications, Working Conditions/Environment, About Us. Also we have Shift and Pay info: we could include a short paragraph at top with that info, maybe under a heading "Overview"? But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Safety, Quality, Teamwork, Functions into a single "Responsibilities" section with subpoints? However they said use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could have a

      Responsibilities

      and then a
containing all duty items from those sections. That would be substantive. Similarly Qualifications section: we have Qualifications → What You'll Bring list. Working Conditions/Environment could be its own section maybe "Working Conditions". About Us separate. Pay and Shift: we could include in a short paragraph at top, maybe under a heading "Details"? But they said only include section when posting has real specific content for it. Pay and Shift are specific: Shift: 1st Weekend (Friday - Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm) Pay: 23.84/hr CLIMATE CONTROLLED. So we could include a

with that info, maybe not a heading. Or we could make a

        Pay and Schedule

but they said never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Pay and Shift, so we could create a section "Pay and Schedule". However they gave examples of headings: Pay, Schedule. Could use

        Pay

        and

        Schedule

but that would be thin. Better combine into one section "Pay and Schedule". But they didn't list that as example; but we can still use

        Pay and Schedule

as a heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exhaustive. So we can use other headings as needed. So we can use

        Pay and Schedule

. Now we need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none obvious. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details. First paragraph: "Overview Shift: 1st Weekend (Friday - Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm) Pay: 23.84/hr CLIMATE CONTROLLED** You know our products, you have probably purchased many!! Join the company leading the way in consumer packaged goods…T. Marzetti Company!! When you join the T. This position may be rotated on all lines within department." We need to keep all that info. Could be a
