1st Shift Warehouse Shift Lead

Join Freight Breakers LLC as a hands-on Warehouse Lead in a fast-paced distribution center. We're seeking an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys developing teams while driving productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams handling freight, cartons, and boxed merchandise.
• Monitor conveyor systems to ensure safe and efficient freight movement.
• Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of freight throughout the process.
• Assign work and manage labor to meet production goals.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Track productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
• Communicate daily goals and performance expectations.
• Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain professional communication with facility leadership and management.

Requirements

• Previous lead or supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Pay

Starting pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule

Full-time, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Shift options: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
