1st Shift Warehouse Associate - Monday - Friday

About the role

The majority of this role consists of fulfilling and picking orders of laminate sheets, glue, and other miscellaneous products. Most of the work is done on foot in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, locate products, and handle returns
• Perform on-foot and vehicular order picking (sit-down propane forklift with 3-pedal configuration: clutch/inching pedal, brake, and gas)
• Verify quantities and item condition for outbound orders in the LTL shipping area before loading onto carrier tractor trailers
• Process inbound delivery receipts, ensuring products match delivery documents and noting damages or quantity discrepancies
• Work in a team environment on various inbound and outbound warehouse duties
• Load and unload flatbeds, railcars, and containers
• Assist customers with loading their orders onto their vehicles
• Perform general warehouse responsibilities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks)
• Sit-down propane forklift experience (3-pedal configuration with clutch/inching pedal)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Pay

Starting compensation: $20.00/hour (non-negotiable).

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET
• No overtime at this branch
