1st Shift Trim Press Setup and Run Operator

Safety

• Follow established safety practices
• Authorized LOTO certification required
• Maintain accurate records
• Perform other activities as required in support of trim press operation

Quality

• Perform required quality checks
• Maintain accurate records of product characteristics
• Observe and report deviations from quality standards or issues relating to the trim press operation to the group leader and/or supervisor
• Document and maintain records relative to critical process variables
• Support Quality system requirements and process validation protocols

Delivery

• Perform functions related to trim press setup and run operations
• Observe and report malfunctions or operating difficulties
• Take corrective actions as instructed by the group leader and/or supervisor

Cost

• Act as a trainer/mentor to lower labor grade employees
• Assist them as instructed by your group leader and/or supervisor
