1st Shift Tire Unloader (Lumper)

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading tires using pallet jacks.
• Manually stacking tires on pallets.
• Moving pallets in and out of trailers using available equipment.

Requirements

• Reliable and constant transportation.
• Self-responsibility.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Warehouse experience.
• Physical/manual labor experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Pallet jack experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to work long shifts.

Skills

• Manual handling skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

Monday to Friday.

Pay

Commission based, earning up to $200 a day or $1000 a week after completing the first week of training. Trailers range from $40-$100/truck, with truck payout determined by the weight of the load. Average lumpers make $700-$1,000 a week. The amount of work you put in determines your paycheck. However hard you work reflects on your paycheck.
