About the role

We’re hiring General Laborers / Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Berlin, CT. Sorting recyclables is not a glamorous job but it’s a necessary one that helps keep our community clean.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions
• Lift up to 25 pounds, as needed, and stand for your entire shift
• Enjoy working as part of a team

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation to get to work
• Can consent to a background check
• Can consent to a drug screen

Qualifications

• No diploma or experience needed
• Tons of growth potential – we promote from within
