Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment including balers, conveyor belts, gearboxes, electrical motors, pulleys, shafts, and bearings.
• Respond to system failures, quickly identify and fix issues to restore safe and efficient operation.
• Work with cutting‑edge equipment to tackle challenges requiring expertise and determination.
• Report to the Plant Maintenance Manager and help drive operational success, ensuring the plant runs smoothly and safely.
