1st Shift Screen Printer I

Position Summary

Prints lettering and designs with screen printing device on formed or machined configuration mostly of plastic materials. Set up screen fixture to repeat during a production run. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet's principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics.

Principle Responsibilities

• Operate basic screen print table
• Cleans screen with solvent at end of run and when using different colors
• Examines printed object for defects
• Set up tables and production of auto printers
• All other duties assigned

Qualification Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some years related experience and/or training preferred

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English
• Basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
• Ability to identify cosmetic defects

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee could be required to stand.
