Responsibilities

• Product testing
• Carcass mapping
• E-coli testing
• Removing meat samples for testing from carcasses on the Kill Floor with scissors
• Laboratory testing
• Cleaning the Laboratory
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Physically capable of doing line work
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Good attendance record
• Self-starter
• Communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to follow instructions
• Capable of attending to several tasks simultaneously
• Resume required
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Pay

Base hourly salary range: $21.60-$23.80
