Job Summary

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensures production output targets for team are met.
• Ensures that Product Launch objectives of the assigned team are met.
• Responsible for assigned technicians’ and section leaders’ work for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Engages teams to drive results focusing on operational KPI’s.
• Responsible for assigned Manufacturing Technician and Section Leader evaluations, counseling, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Participates in the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) program and partners with other department leaders in developing recommended actions.
• Develops subject matter (process and equipment) experts within the team.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and urgency while managing multiple priorities.

What You Will Need

• Achieved an Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• At least 3 years of applicable technical experience in a manufacturing environment or similar work.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven ability and experience leading teams independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with ERP or similar systems.
• Knowledge with inventory control systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing (leading a Kaizen Event).
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
