Responsibilities

• Perform setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of injection molding processes to ensure peak performance
• Execute mold changes and resolve process issues promptly to minimize production downtime
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance workplace safety, product quality, and overall productivity

Requirements

• Plastic or rubber injection molding experience is highly preferred; candidates with other plastic or rubber process experience will also be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing or process technician role
