1st Shift Packer PART-TIME

Location: Nottingham, PA

Eligible for up to a $250.00 retention bonus.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Additional hours may be required due to business demands

Requirements

• Must complete a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and pre-placement screening that tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Good balance on slippery surfaces
• Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time
• Must be able to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water
• Must be able to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble and label boxes to be filled with products off the production line
• Ensure proper seals, codes, dates, and prices on product bags and cases are correct
• Take defective products off the production line
• Clean and sanitize the work area and plant equipment
• Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods
• Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance
• Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data
• Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment
• Other ERP responsibilities and duties as assigned
