1st Shift Order Selector (Mon-Fri)

About the role

We are seeking an Order Selector to work in a fast-paced distribution center. The role involves loading and unloading trailers, moving merchandise, and using conveyors or forklift equipment throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise.
• Check, verify, and audit merchandise, entering data into remote data terminals to ensure accuracy and identify damage.
• Identify, separate, label, and palletize merchandise for relocation to appropriate areas.
• Operate forklift equipment to move and store merchandise.
• Replenish pick areas based on replenishment screens or requests for needed merchandise.
• Fill merchandise orders by selecting and moving merchandise from active locations to conveyors, pallets, or boxes.
• Load merchandise onto trailers, ensuring accuracy and proper placement.
• Scan non-conveyable or non-diverted merchandise before loading onto trailers.
• Check shipments for accuracy and damage before loading.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Perform varied duties depending on department assignment, which may change based on Distribution Center needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to job duty and department changes as required.

Pay

$18.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
