What You'll Do

• Loading: Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers using floor-loading techniques.
• Loading: Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanning devices.
• Loading: Move cages between staging areas and trailers.
• Loading: Organize freight efficiently to maximize trailer space.
• Loading: Ensure all freight is handled safely and accurately.
• Unloading: Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system.
• Unloading: Scan and sort packages into designated cages.
• Unloading: Maintain speed, accuracy, and organization in a high-volume environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Pay

• Performance-based compensation
• Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour
• Top performers: $25–$35+ per hour
• Pay is based on the amount of freight successfully loaded or unloaded. The more efficiently you work, the greater your earning potential.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 10-hour shifts
• 4-day workweek
• Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to lift and carry 5–50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work safely while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation to and from the West Jordan facility.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
